DFW counties served (and growing)
“Saved $612 on my Collin County protest in under thirty minutes. The comp evidence in the PDF was bulletproof at the hearing.”
“Used Ownwell last year and they took $190 of my savings. HomeTaxPro's flat fee was a no-brainer.”
“The math story sold me. Why give a percentage of my savings when a flat fee gets the same outcome?”
Common questions.
How much does it cost?
$49 for the DIY tier, $99 for Selected Comps, $109 for AI Analysis. Flat annual fees — no contingency, no percentage of your savings.
How is this different from Ownwell?
Ownwell takes about 25% of your savings every year. We charge a flat fee and you keep 100% of what you save. On the average $774 protest result, that's $725 in your pocket vs. their $580.
Which counties do you cover?
Currently Collin, Dallas, Tarrant, and Denton counties in the DFW area. Rockwall is next, with additional Texas counties + a California pilot launching soon. More states to follow.
When is the protest deadline?
Deadlines vary by state and county. Texas counties generally require protests by May 15. California deadlines fall between July and November depending on the county. Check your county appraisal district's website for your specific date — they're strict about it.
What if my protest fails?
You get the same evidence package and PDF either way. If your county denies the protest at informal review, you can still take it to the formal hearing — we walk you through that step too.
Do I have to be tech-savvy?
No. Type your address, we do the analysis. The hardest thing you'll do is upload a PDF to your county's filing portal — we walk you through that too.
Where we work.
Texas-focused, DFW-deep. Rockwall and statewide expansion coming as we scale.
